On holiday from the UK.Went in to have a look around, lots of stock and a great range of bikes. We bought a lovely new gel bike seat which the guy happily fitted for us. While we were shopping in town later, unfortunately someone stole the Bosch digital controller from my handlebars so we returned to the bike shop and fortunately we were lucky enough that they had one in stock and fitted it for us straight away. Great service friendly staff, couldn’t have asked for more.

It took a week for a small fix. Initially they said I could come the next day to pick the bike up but ended up being a week. The worst part was the lack of communication. If they would have said the real timing from the beginning I could have chosen accordingly. Feels unprofessional and lack of planning.
